2 tblsp five:am natural yoghurt Ð no added sugar
2 ripe apricots
1 banana
2 pieces of frozen mango cheek (or fresh mango if in season)
1/2 cup of preferred milk/nut milk
1 tsp organic maca powder


Blend until smooth and serve.
