Kick start your day the green way with this thick and creamy smoothie avocado & almond smoothie. Supercharged with nutrients that will keep you going thanks to a posse of banana, almonds, cinnamon, pomegranate and kale.

Ingredients

2 tbsp five:am natural yoghurt Ð no added sugar
1/2 ripe avocado
1 ripe banana
2TBS flaked almonds
1 tbsp of cinnamon
Handful of fresh spinach or kale
1/2 cup of preferred milk/nut milk
2 tbsp of fresh pomegranate seeds

Method

Blend all ingredients until smooth and top with pomegranate seeds and serve.
