Crunchy organic deliciousness topped with fresh berries for the ultimate bite!


1 cup Cacao & Coconut Granola (you could use any granola from the range)

1 cup dates, pitted

1 cup Five AM Natural Yoghurt

½ cup berries and sliced banana to top

2 tbs crushed macadamias


  1. Pulse together granola and dates until the mixture becomes tacky and holds together.
  2. Place equal portions into a silicone muffin pan and press into the sides and bottom to create an edible patty pan.
  3. Freeze for thirty minutes.
  4. Remove from pan and spoon in yoghurt until just at the top of each tart.
  5. Top with berries, banana and macadamias then enjoy!
