Great for topping a nutritious salad full of organic fruit and veggies.


1/3 cup apple cider vinegar or white wine vinegar

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

1 tbsp cold pressed extra-virgin olive oil

Juice of ½ lemon

1 tbsp tahini

2 tbsp five:am organic Greek style yoghurt

a pinch of Himalayan salt and ground pepper


Combine all ingredients and whisk well.
