Ohh yum! The humble chocolate milkshake just got a very big overhaul. Choc full of goodness like five:am vanilla bean yoghurt, banana, cashews, cacao and dates, try it with almond milk for something even more different.


1/4 cup five:am vanilla bean yoghurt
1 banana
1/4 cup of raw organic cashews
1/2 cup of preferred milk/nut milk
1 tbs raw organic cacao nibs
3 pitted medjool dates


1. Start by blending the cashews until they are ground. Add the banana, vanilla bean yoghurt, dates and yoghut.

2. Blend until smooth and then add cacao nibs.

3. Serve with 1 heaped TBS of shredded coconut.
