Super colourful, super tasty, vanilla, coconut and blueberry – now that’s a perfect match – packed full of protein thanks to macadamia nuts, hemp seeds and more! This smoothie is great as a pre-workout snack, or a ‘get up and go’ breakfast.
2TBS five:am Vanilla Bean yoghurt
1 large ripe banana
1 cup organic frozen blueberries
1 handful fresh spinach
6-8 macadamia nuts
1 tblsp organic chia seeds
1/4 cup organic almond milk
1 tsp organic maca powder
1 tblsp hemp seeds
1 tblsp shredded coconut (to top with)
1/4 cup rolled oats
Blend until smooth and top with macadamia nuts and shredded coconut.
