The Dairy Industry Code of Conduct (the Code) aims to increase the clarity and transparency of trading arrangements between dairy farmers and those buying their milk – five:AM Organics, as the Processor’s must report on disputes.

2026/27 Organic Milk – Victoria – Exclusive Agreement
Statement of Circumstances
Australian Sustainable Dairies requires approximately 16 million litres of Organic milk for the 2026/27 season. This volume aligns with our customer requirements. All milk supplied under this agreement must come from a supplier farm that has Organic Certification from an Approved Organic Certifier. Details of our milk price model and terms are set out in the Australian Sustainable Dairies Milk Supply Agreement and Milk Policy attached, both of which have been updated to ensure compliance with the Dairy Code of Conduct introduced 01 January 2020 (the Code).

Statement of Circumstances
Five:AM Organics requires approximately 13 million litres of Organic milk for the 2025/26 season. This volume aligns with our customer requirements. From Tasmania, five:AM Organics need approximately 3M litres from 01 February 2026 until 30 June 2026. All milk supplied under this agreement must come from a supplier farm that has Organic Certification from an Approved Organic Certifier. Details of our milk price model and terms are set out in the five:AM Organic Milk Supply Agreement and Milk Policy attached, both of which have been updated to ensure compliance with the Dairy Code of Conduct introduced 01 January 2020 (the Code).
